What is it?
The Rep Max Chart uses the Epley formula to estimate your 1-rep max and project equivalent weights across rep ranges.
How to use

Example scenario
If you lifted 100 kg for 5 reps, your estimated 1RM is ~116.7 kg, your 5RM is ~103.8 kg, and your 10RM is ~91 kg.
Pro tip
Use sets of 3-5 reps for the most accurate 1RM prediction. Higher rep sets introduce more estimation error.
