Example scenario
You buy 200 shares at $25.00 with $20 total commissions. Total cost = $5,020. Break-even price = $5,020 / 200 = $25.10 per share. To make a $500 profit, you need to sell at ($5,020 + $500) / 200 = $27.60 per share.
Pro tip
